What is Navidium shipping protection?

Navidium is a service that insures delivery of your order. It’s automatically added to every order and the cost is based on the value of your purchase. You can remove the protection from your order prior to checkout, but we highly discourage this because it means you may not be eligible for assistance with shipping problems.

Basically GRAVS covers all issues we create: broken, defective, incorrect, and missing items, as well as items not meeting your expectations. If you purchase shipping protection, we also cover issues that come from the shipping carrier: lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If you don’t purchase Navidium, we can’t guarantee coverage of shipper-based issues.

My tracking says it was delivered but it’s not here.

Check your neighbors’ porches. If you have a door camera, check the footage to see if a delivery was actually made and if anyone swiped it.

GRAVS offers shipping protection through Navidium. If you do not purchase Navidium insurance, you may not be eligible for a refund or replacement if your order is stolen, misdelivered, lost, or any other scenario where the issue isn’t GRAVS’s fault.

Where does GRAVS ship to?

We ship anywhere in the U.S.

Does GRAVS ship internationally?

No. Unfortunately, international shipping remains cost prohibitive for us. However, there are many excellent stores that carry GRAVS and do ship abroad, including dankstop.com and smokecartel.com

What shipping options does GRAVS offer?

• Expedited DHL shipping is free with orders over $75
• Orders under $75 receive expedited DHL shipping at a flat rate of $4.99
• Standard UPS Ground shipping is available for $7.99 on any order
• 2-Day UPS Air shipping is available on any order. Rates vary based on package weight and destination.

Does GRAVS offer free shipping?

Yes! If your order is $75 or more after discounts, it qualifies for free expedited DHL shipping. The $75 total excludes tax and shipping costs. Expedited DHL shipping guarantees transit times of 2-5 business days. Transit times exclude order processing days.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We will ship your order in 1-3 business days (it’s usually 1, but we say 1-3 to be safe around holidays and busy periods).

Please be aware, this lead time only refers to how long it will take GRAVS to hand a package off to the carrier (DHL or FedEx). It does NOT refer to the transit time – the time it takes the carrier to deliver it to you after they pick it up from GRAVS.

What payment options does GRAVS accept?

Credit Card (VISA, American Express, Mastercard, Discovery Card) and Sezzle (pay in installments).

I need to change or cancel my order.

We ship very quickly, so please reach out to us as soon as possible for any order cancelations or modifications.

Email vpprnoflen@iubridge.com with your order # and what you’d like to do (cancel the order, change an item, add something, remove something). We’ll do our very best to intercept the order before it ships.

If your order does ship before we can cancel or adjust it, don’t worry. We’ll contact the carrier and have it returned to us, and we’ll get you the refund or replacement you need.

I want to pay in installments. How does Sezzle work?

Sezzle is great! You just create a Sezzle account, and then at checkout select Sezzle as your payment option. Sezzle will bill you in 4 installments, and as long as you’re not late with any payments, there are no associated fees or interest.

Please be aware that you’ll be paying Sezzle directly, so if you need any assistance with a refund or have a billing question, you’ll need to contact their support team.

I forgot to apply my discount code.

Reach out to vpprnoflen@iubridge.com with your order # and the discount code you intended to use, and they’ll help out with a partial refund if you’re eligible. Please keep in mind that some discount codes don’t stack.

If you were placing an order for a GRAVS product on a different online store, we can’t help with any discount code issues.

Is packaging discreet?

100%. You’ll get a nondescript brown box. The shipping label will say it shipped from GRAVS.
